The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to any pages within the Letshelp.us domain.

Description of Service:

The services provided by the Letshelp.us site are subscription-based. Site owners must pay a monthly or yearly fee in order to retain the services provided by Letshelp.us. Volunteer users associated with any of the sites within the Letshelp.us domain are required to register with site coordinators, but are not expected to provide any further monetary compensation to Letshelp.us beyond that provided by the site owner. Due to the Letshelp.us subscription-based services, Letshelp.us will not place any paid advertisements on any of the Letshelp.us sites.

Letshelp.us creates periodic backups of all information in all sites within the Letshelp.us domain with the sole intention of restoring user services in as timely a fashion as possible.

Account Creation:

Account registration is required in order to create a Let's Help account. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should Let's Help suspect that your personal information is not complete, current or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination.

You acknowledge that Letshelp.us may establish limits concerning use of the Service and may modify these limits at any time.

Types of Users:

Please be aware that there are certain privileges on this site that are not accessible to all users, and are available only to site owners and/or coordinators.

User Content:

The function of the Letshelp.us community revolves around the posting of news, requests, offers and occasionally images by site users. All original posted content is the sole property of content creator/owner. You may submit only textual or graphical content that is (a) owned by you, (b) submitted with the express permission of the content owner or (c) in the public domain. You are prohibited from posting to this site any unlawful, threatening, harassing, libelous, offensive, obscene, pornographic materials, or other materials that would violate any law or the rights of others. Violation of these restrictions may result in denial of or limitations on access by you to this site.

Users of the Letshelp.us site and its software may, at times, provide links to other web sites or resources. Because Letshelp.us has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Letshelp.us is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

Account Controls:

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and password. Letshelp.us is not responsible for the disruptions or damages resulting from the unauthorized use of account information unless access to your account name and/or password was obtained through no negligence on your part.

Letshelp.us will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Content:

All Content posted to Letshelp.us in any way, is the responsibility and property of the author. Letshelp.us is committed to keeping the various sites in decent standing for all audiences but is not responsible for the monitoring or filtering of any site content.

Although it is not our intention to do so, Letshelp.us reserves the right to delete or remove user content from the site and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of this site, at any time if we have cause to do so (including, without limitation, our good faith belief that you have violated the Terms of Service) without prior notice or liability to you.

Various features and sections of this site, such as layout, design, documentation and coding are the sole property of Letshelp.us and their owners, and may be protected by copyright or other proprietary laws.

User Conduct:

You agree to NOT use the service to:

• Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party
  
• Upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized commercial advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation
  
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service
  
• "Stalk" or otherwise harass another person or company
  
• Collect or store personal data about other users for business purposes
  
• Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
